Eel Roast/Eel Amounts

Eel requirements

To complete a level the player has to shoot a predetermined amount of target colored eels.

The amount of eels required changes based on the level as follows.

1-3	10
4	12
5+	15

Maximum Spawned Eels

Instead of spawning infinitely many eels, the amount of eels that will be spawned in total is tied to the level. If all eels have been spawned, but the minimum requirement isn't met the game ends in failure.

Normal Level

During a normal level the minigame allocates 3 mandatory sets of eels:

• Bonus Eels
• Electric Eels
• Target Colored Eels

and a varying amount of additional sets containing eels that are not the target color.

All eels within a set have the same color, this means for example that you will always see 3 different colors of eels in level 2, but 4 different colors in level 3.

Additionally whenever the game spawns an eel, every eel in every set is equally as likely to be spawned, this means that the spawnrates of eels is directly tied to the amount of eels in their sets as well as which eels and how many already have been spawned.
