Facial Decals are scars that can be purchased from the Store and purchased with a medium amount of Gems and a high amount of scars.
This is one of the few times that the Vikings have more exclusive customization than Dragons, in this case, Vikings can have scars while Dragons can't. If the player has 2 scars, they can't be combined, the player can only use one.
