Valka's Dragon Armor is a Tier 1 Epic Dragon Armor initially released in May 6th, 2020 at 11:55 AM UTC but was pulled from the stores and then re-added at around 16 PM UTC[1], it's in store for 1000 
(800 for Members). It's based on the outfit Valka wears in How To Train Your Dragon 2.
The Dragon Armor is an exact image of her iconic outfit, if any, it's a miniature version of the outfit. The wing membrances are very simple and are painted with the same colors of the Stormcutter's Warpaint.
