Outskirts of New Berk
“ | I’m glad you’re okay. I guess our investigation about potential Dragon Hunters lurking in these caves paid off, it seems they had a camp right under our feet this entire time. | ” |

Ourskirts of New Berk is the unofficial name of the location where v3.23.0's New Student takes place. It's unknown where it's located and it's true name, and it's a quest-exclusive location.
General Information
The location is a wide, open cenote with multiple cliff-like slopes that lead to a deep body of water, some with mossy vines dripping from the edges of the slopes, others are big enough to be tall headlands with long arches standing above the water, drifting into stumps and stacks in the middle of it. The remaining headland is home to a small area of vegetation and springs, the further area homes larger waterfalls. On the outer edges of the cenote, smooth, dome mountains circle around the area with a pack of trees standing on its very tip. The cenote contains four ancient, tall Viking torch statues implying Viking civilization has explored and used that area.

On the opposite side from the Viking statues, there's a small cavern entrance with a small, round platform covered in moss with a firepit and two small Viking torches - before the Avatar's input, the entrance will be locked with a bunch of boulders. The cavern entrance leads to a T-shaped cave home of a Dragon Hunter camp, both corners have fault-blocked slopes, spiderwebs, and a few small torches lying around. Left corner contains two cages, one of them will give the Primary Starter to new players, right corner contains small storages like barrels and boxes, and the axe.

Trivia
- In the game files, the location is called HubFTUEDO, FTUE stands for First Time Uuser Experience. It's unknown when and were this location is truly called, though it's implied to be around New Berk due to one of Hiccuo's first lines of dialogue (see: first image's description).
